ok im always tired and have no energy why. im 29 and married and have children but latley im so tired i know im not pregnant because i cant have anymore kids so i know thats not it at all. do you think you might know why

The source of your lack of energy could be from a number of different things.
As a starting point though, physical energy comes from your metabolism - which is generally a not-well-understood subject but we all have one and need it to work to feel healthy.

i think more info is needed to answer that. like what do you eat and drink during the day, do you get enough sleep, are you stressed, are you running around after young kids all day, any other symptoms…

I'm not really sure and this might not apply to you at all. Constant fatigue and no obvious reason could be depression.
You also might not be getting enough iron.

could be anemia. Have your physician check your blood and also check your ferritin
