i am depressed so i want to smell calming scents to relieve my senses. any neat ideas?
Answer:
I went through this phase for a long time in my life and sought to see a counselor. I’m a wicca and things that help
1. Go to a green home, garden store, flower store, market, and grab a bunch of lavender, lemon grass, pine, and rose.
2. These are the key notes they use for my clients who are depressed or are going through grief and feel like they want to end their life.
3. You take these elements that I just mentioned in #1. and crush them all together and place them in a cloth fabric.
4. Boil hot water in a bowl and turn the stove off. place the cloth over the bowl with the elements/plants included on top of the cloth and inhale the scents, use this as a vapor.
5. Indeed these are the essential remedies that’ll heal your mind, body, spirit. Take a walk outside away from distraction go to a trail or park or an area where there is lots of green and nature and earth. Avoid the TV and media and listen to music without lyrics. use a lot of flowers and simply boil them in water, to smell the vapors, also as another one has said you can also try some Ayurveda medicines. like ghata, manasi etc.
they relive your senses and decrease depression.
