i already use tons of garlic, onion, basil, cilantro, the basics in my food, but i've heard of a salt substitute made out of kelp or something weird like that?
Answer:
Kelp isn’t a good salt replacement, it just doesn't taste very good. Dulse, a red seaweed, has a very good salty flavor, that would be much superior than kelp. My recommendation is Bragg's Liquid Aminos, that is the ideal salt substitute.
Answer:
kosher salt
