There’s no harm other than infection. However the general rule is wait 6 hours between contact with water. (including hand/face washing)

Answer:
Although it might sound a little unhygienic, showering or washing your face immediately after a treatment isn't recommended. In the case of acupuncture, waiting to shower 24 hours will help eliminate possible infection (remember, you just had needles stuck into your skin).

Answer:
No, and especially just after you’ve the treatment. I’m a Chinese so I know some about it. here, it is suggested that you drink a cup of warm water, have a rest and stay in warm or good ventilated places, to prevent you from getting cold.

Answer:
it is completely safe. I’ve had acupuncture many times. Oh, and listen to the chinese man who left a comment. he's 100% right.
Hope this helps
:)
