Ok, I'm taking Lexapro 10 Mg.; I usually take my pill once a day in the morning between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. Right now, I have a sinus drainage and I feel like crap; A friend gave me 3 sinus pills and told me to take 1 pill a day; The pill is called ” Phenylephrine HCI 10 Mg.” I don't want to care about over-dose or have a bad reaction with the Lexapro; Am I ok if I take the pill?

You should have no problems. Phenylephrine will dry you up. It might increase your heart rate, but that’s about it.

phenylephrine may not interfere with your other medication, but it won't help your sinus problem either. go get mucinex or any other medication with pseudoephedrine (behind the counter) Report Abuse
