What I use:

Epsom salt bath - 2 cups in hot bath water. No longer than 20 minutes. Epsom is also detoxifying, and can be quite draining to stay in longer. After a good bath, you are ready for sleep, so I do it at bedtime.

Arnica - you can use either the pill form or gel. I prefer gel for specific locations, pill for overall body aches after a hard day of chain sawing. Arnica is avaiable in the homeopathic remedy section at your health food store - some regular stores have started carrying arnica gel. I just saw some this week in the beauty supply store!
