My heart was racing fast when I first took this rosemary vitamin. It is ok now.
Has anyone each experience this while taking an essential vitamin.
What are the essential vitamin benefits and risk taking them if anyone knows?
Answer:
Unfortunately, medical doctors have very little understanding of nutrition unless they’ve studied it on their own.
I would consult a pharmacist who has a database that shows problems taking drugs and vitamins. Thye would better be able to help.
I'm not sure why you’re taking rosemary?
Sometimes however a supplement can effect something and when the body tries to adjust other things can begin acting up. It takes three days for the body to adjust to something new.
Answer:
Ummmm… for the person below me who said something about rosemary can't be a vitamin.
1. Think before you talk a vitamin is a dietary supplement.
2. The bottle states “Rosemary Vitamin”.
3.Just to let you know what essential is “Peppermint, rosemary, Tea tree” if you didn't know. Report Abuse
Answer:
Not to be rude just to let you know… Report Abuse
Answer:
before taking anything alternative or mainstream its ideal to consult your physician to make sure it does not complicate your system and gives off different signs and symtoms that maybe translated into something serious or what.
there are a lot of information on alternative vitamins and medications online but still its ideal to see a professional on the ideal suppliments to take.
be safe!
Answer:
please don’t call Rosemary a vitamin. It is an herb or spice and is correctly referred to as a dietary supplement….and what do you mean by essential vitamin? I defer to others to answer about its usage and possible side effects..thank you.
Answer:
Rosemary can increase your circulation, perhaps your circulation is fine and it increased it too much. Rosemary might also increase the rate at which the liver deactivates estrogen, which might lead to estrogen-deficient conditions.
Use with caution!
Answer:
thats sumthing u would have to consult with ur doctor
