Identify pills….?

i found some pills that I don't think they’re what the bottle states… I'm not calling a dr or pharmacy so dont tell me that…. is that a website that can show you or tell you what is what

Probably you have found pills that belong to someone else and want to identify them. If you can't find the information you need on the web, you might go to an unknown pharmacist with a few of the pills and ask him to identify them. If you think that’s risky, Bookstores might have descriptive drug books. I have a Consumer Guide to Prescription Drugs, but without photos.

I'm afraid there is no good site or even a good book. The medical bible for such things is called the PDR (Physician's Desk Reference). It does not have generics in it and it does not have the same description of a pill that you might have from a pharmacy since makers change what they do, often.

Dump them if you are not sure.

Be very careful with any website that can identify pills. If the pills aren't regulated, they could be ANYTHING, and come in any size, shape, or color. Don't chance it. Just flush them.

generic meds look different than the same drug when it is the brand name item.
