I've been taking Vick's Cold/Flu which ALWAYS works for me, but this time it's not doing ANYTHING. I dont want to date the nighttime one b/c it will knock me out and I have a child. I've tried peppermint tea also. Any other suggestions?

i found that the old remedies work the best. if whiskey, honey and lemon juice isn't an option, try putting a generous amount of vicks vapor rub on your feet, put on socks and go to bed. best thing you can do….GET SOME SLEEP. your body needs to heal. i had 'the' cold, and took an entire weekend off, slept and ate chicken soup. i felt much better the following monday.
