I have thought about this and i want to try it, but what is the best way or product to use and how affective is it. What do I need to watch out for?

Dr. Schulze Intestinal Formulas are some fantastic products, they really clean you out. You can do a search for it. They are still mild enough that you won't be in pain when you're eliminating, but they still do the trick.

Well you could eat alot of vegetables and drink lots of water. If you want to use a product, so far I've heard that colonix by dr. natura is one of the best colon cleansers out there. It goes around $60-$80. There are other colon cleansers out there, but I don't know how they rank. something to think about.
