How can I get a good night's rest?

I have to be at work at 7a.m. and then I also have a jiu-jitsu class at 8:30 p.m.-10:00p.m., and since I take the train I don't get back home until almost 12 midnight! I find myself sleeping really poorly at night, never really getting a deep sleep, and then I take a long nap in the afternoon to make up for it, like a four hour nap. Please help because I feel very unsatisfied with my sleeping schedule. It feels like I never really get the sleep I need, but I want to keep going to my jiu-jitsu class, and I don't think I have the ability to change my work hours unless I change jobs.

Answer:
I think you better sleep during your jujitsu sessions so when you get home you will sleep again and wake up the next morning with all the energy you can have so you can face the day and have energy to go to your jujitsu class to sleep again.

Answer:
Any chance you could change the time of your jiu-jitsu class? If not you'll probably never be able to get adequate sleep. Most people need 6-8hrs a night. You are cutting it very fine. The only thing I can suggest is to get yourself into a proper bed time routine. I realise that sounds silly but it works for many people. A routine could be anything. Take a hot shower or have a hot drink (not coffee). You are the only one who can change your bodies clock. If you’re still having trouble, perhaps consider seeing a physician for some expert advice.

Answer:
You can use Mystic Sleep from Ayurvedic.

It's natural and great work

Answer:
See your doctor about a sleep aide. Good luck!
