I just want to know what it's supposed to do, and if it's safe. And if the claims made on the bottle are ture.

It's supposed to help you lose weight and belly fat and reduce stress. I actually felt worse when i took it. I find taking the green tea pills or hydroxycut better than that.

I’m a sucker, I tried it as it was supposed to help with stress weight. Did totally nothing. Still chubby tiny thing here! Don’t waste your money.
