I use tonalin on a somewhat regular basis, and I believe it has helped to take off a bit of weight, but more likely that it helps to keep me from gaining. I usually only take it when I eat something that’s higher in fat than my normal diet ( like yummy chocolate cake! lol ).
When you eat fats, the body breaks it down into little molecules that are distributed throughout your bloodstream to places that need fats (yes, it is vital to many organs and functions). Most of us consume far more fats than our bodies require, hence the obvious results. Tonalin will bind to fats in the bloodstream and excrete them from your body undigested, meaning they can't accumulate on your problem areas.
If you take quality tonalin 3X daily and cut down on your fat consumption, it may help you to lose some weight. It isn’t a complete diet plan by itself, but can be a nice boost to an overall healthy plan.

Remember, there is no quick fix in life. Changes require effort. No matter what steps you take to improve your health and/or weight, it will likely require permanent changes in diet, exercise, sleep, and other healthy patterns. The rewards are so worth the efforts!
