How on earth would sticking gauze pads on your feet improve your health? They won't. That's just stupid. If you examine their tv commercial closely you'll notice the supposed reduction in toxins they tout in their flashy little graphic is measured from the pads themselves. It's just a measurement of the dirt the pads have removed from your soles. So at best wearing those things for a few weeks will clean the bottom of your feet–clean the so-called "toxins" off the bottom of your feet. Or you could just wash your feet to get the same effect.
