I'm in the habit of drinking it each day because I like it, but is there anything wrong with that type of constant exposure to echinacea?

Answer:
Echinacea is a wonderful healing herb, but it should be used for it's effectiveness and not as a regular tea.

Mix it in with your green tea for a week if you want. It is especially helpful if you are catching the cold or flu or just feel sick. But then stay off it fo 2-3 weeks or it looses it's effectiveness. I should say that your body gets used to it and simply doesn't benefit from it. Save it for when you need it.

Practically every herb makes a great tea. Here's a website that has tons of wonderful herbs and teas, and

healing products you can't find anywhere else.

No, I have no financial interest in this either.

I love to spend hours just on their catalog.
