Are there any over the counter remedies rather than going on adderall?


Answer:
Drinking Coffee when you really need to focus helps.

For me the best thing has been regular exercise. I do yoga and dance classes. While I exercise it's easy to keep my mind focused on what I am doing. Practice makes perfect and it carries over into the rest of my daily activities.

When I took Ritalin it was easier to get things done in school, but I didn't want to have to take drugs to succeed.

Search for you're strengths in other areas. Not everyone is meant to be the same. I find physical work, and working in a team is easier.
