i went to healthy options and the lady there said that apple cider is very good if you want to diet. by taking a teaspoon full of it everyday, It suppresses your hunger. is this true? what else can it do? thank you.

Yes this is true it also lowers ur cholesterol so if u have a high cholesterol its good try using it as a salad dressing in soups etc.
