I had an itchy foot…could have been athlete's foot….so I smeared the irritated area with lip gloss…regular old lip gloss….and it absolutely stopped the itching. There must be some chemical in lip gloss that took effect.

The physician has me taking the following:
Vitamins C and E
cranberry
cinnamon
fish oil
iron
horse chestnut
1/2 teaspoon baking soda morning and night
