Monday- bench, squat
tuesday- boxing, yoga
wednesday- power clean, deadlift
thursday- boxing, yoga
friday- sprints, jumping drills
I weigh 205, bench 315, squat 420, power clean 255, deadlift 550…my 40 is 4.61, and my vertical jump is 31
